Note: Membership numbers should be entered in the Membership Number field. When the apply button is clicked the discount will not be applied but will remain on your order. Membership discounts will be applied when the order is manually processed. Membership discounts will be applied to the overall charge but will not be reflected on the order screen nor in confirmation email. New Membership cards take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Shipping & Handling
Orders within the United States are shipped UPS Ground (P.O. Box addresses are shipped U.S. Postal Service). Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders outside the U.S. are shipped Global Express Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. This method of shipment is insured and can be tracked. International delivery times vary from country to country, but most packages arrive within 10-14 business days. Express shipping is available to both U.S. and international addresses. Please contact our customer service representative for a schedule of charges.

$200 - $299.99 - $150.00 shipping
$300 and over - $200.00 shipping

Please note: International shipments are subject to duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Please be aware that recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
Special shipping rates may be required for some items and noted in item description. Large quantities are also subject to higher shipping rates, determined by the weight of the package.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for exchange or refund within two weeks of delivery. Please contact our customer service representative at shop@whitney.org with any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise.
